Churrasco (pronounced Shoo-Has-Ko) uses premium quality meats which are slowly roasted, on long skewers, over a pit of flaming coals. This type of cooking is referred to as "Guacho Style"which originated in southern Brazil and was developed by the early cowboys, who used traditional marinades and rubs that have been passed down through the generations. To enjoy our Churrasco experience simply sit back and sip on a brazilian beer or caipirinha. There is no need to order from a menu. Let our waiting staff bring the specialty cuts of meat directly from the coals and slice it, still sizzling hot onto your plate. This is referred to as "Rodizio Style"which you can keep eating 'til your heart or your tummy is content.
